Merchandise Return Policy

If you receive your order and you are not completely satisfied with it, we have a simple, straightforward return policy. You may return a clothing item within 30 days from the invoice date for an exchange or refund of item purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges, or any other charges. All items must be in new, unused condition and must be returned in the original box with all papers, ready for restocking. A refusal or damage fee may be charged if the item is not in new condition.

We can not accept return on music CDs or DVDs once the clear seal packaging has been opened.

Explain your problem and ask for a Return Authorization (RA) code. The RA code must be written on the original packing slip inside the package and on the outside of package. We will refuse any return without an RA code plainly visible.

Please include your name, address and telephone number with your return.

The cost to return and insure the item will be paid by you, the customer. For your protection we recommend that you ship with tracking information and insurance. If it is shipped via US Postal Service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If shipping via UPS use regular ground service. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.

You will receive your refund by the same form you paid for the item within 30 days of our receipt of the returned package.

Defective products will be accepted for replacement for up to 30 days from invoice date. After 30 days the product may not be returned.

Contests found on StreetSoldiers.com are open only to residents of the United States, over 18 years of age. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local regulations. Offer void where restricted or prohibited. Street Soldiers will not be responsible for payment of taxes on the value of any prize awarded.

Street Soldiers does not endorse, assert or stand behind the truthfulness or reliability of opinions, advice or statements given or made on StreetSoldiers.com by anyone other than authorized StreetSoldiers.com spokespersons.

By submitting material to one of StreetSoldiers.com's "chat" areas for posting, you agree to indemnify Street Soldiers, its officers, directors and employees, and hold them harmless from all claims, including, without limitation, claims for libel or slander, arising from the submission.
